The Foundations of Anesthesia & Sedation Veterinary Certificate program provides foundational learning for both new and seasoned veterinary professionals. This course provides 10 RACE-approved CE hours and is valued at $299/user.
Clinics purchasing qualifying Parnell manufactured products can earn licenses to the Foundations of Anesthesia & Sedation Certificate Program.

Eligible purchases are cumulative October 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025 and invoices must be submitted by March 31, 2025 to be eligible. Allow two weeks for processing following submission of form. There is no limit to the number of licenses that can be earned with a qualifying period.
The person who submits this form will receive all licenses earned by the invoice(s) submitted. It is their responsibility to distribute the licenses within their clinic. By filling out this form, this person agrees that they are acting on behalf of their clinic and are authorized to receive the licenses.
Products must be purchased and billed during the program term from a Parnell authorized reseller or Parnell distributor partner.

To demonstrate proof of purchase, we require invoice(s) from your distributor(s). These invoices should clearly show the products purchased, the dates of purchase, the invoice date, and the invoice number. This documentation is necessary for verifying your eligibility for the licenses.
Yes, you can combine invoices from multiple distributors to qualify for licenses.
Yes, absolutely! The number of licenses you receive is directly tied to the mount your clinic spends. You can continue to earn additional licenses for higher purchase amounts, with no limit on how many licenses you can obtain.
They will have one year to complete the course.
The license remains associated with the employee’s account. As such, if an employee leaves the practice, the license stays with the individual, as it is linked to their personal account credentials.
Their certificate will be available upon completion of the program. The credits earned will show up in their AAVSB RACETrack account in 2-3 weeks.
