estroPLAN^® (cloprostenol sodium) is a prostaglandin solution used to induce regression of the corpus luteum in cattle with unobserved or non-detected estrus. As part of a synchronization protocol, estroPLAN^® works in tandem with GONAbreed^®(gonadorelin acetate) to manipulate the estrous cycle and support effective timed artificial insemination (TAI) in both heifer and cow programs.

With precise control over ovulation timing, estroPLAN^® helps producers and veterinarians implement more predictable breeding strategies, leading to improved conception outcomes and operational efficiency.

Product Details:

Indications: For use to induce luteolysis in beef and dairy cattle to manipulate the estrous cycle to better fit management practices and synchronization protocols to allow fixed time artificial insemination in lactating dairy cows and beef cows, to terminate pregnancies resulting from mismatings and to treat certain conditions associated with prolonged luteal function
Concentration: 250 mcg cloprostenol per 1 mL
Dosage & Administration: Administer 2 mL via intramuscular injection, as directed by your herd health veterinarian
Packaging: Available in 20 mL vials (10 doses) and 100 mL vials (50 doses)
